HEART AND STROKE AMBASSADORS
The Twin Cities American Heart Association chapter is seeking energetic, community-minded young professionals to join us in the fight against heart disease, America's #1 killer. The Heart & Stroke Ambassadors promote the mission of the American Heart Association and work on fundraising and community health outreach throughout the year. They will also be helping to plan this year's Pulse After Party on November 2, 2013 to raise money for cardiovascular research, education, and prevention. Serving as a Heart & Stroke Ambassador will provide you with excellent networking, as well as an opportunity to develop community leadership skills. Pulse members that wish to further their support of the American Heart Association can individually raise donations online. For more information about that, click here. The American Heart Association is the nation's oldest and best-known health-related charity, making this volunteer experience a great resume builder.
