We will call and email all volunteers one week prior to the event.
Dress Code for Fair and Concert: Black, Red, Red and Black (You may wear jeans).
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Health Fair Set-up (10 people needed)
Time: 9:30 am - 11:30 am
• Set-up tables for health fair, help vendors get set up
• Place signs, posters, banners and other decorations
• Put chairs in Sanctuary, move chairs
Security - Health Fair (2 people needed)
Time: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm for Health Fair
• Help with parking
• Outside logistics
• Help people with directions
Security - Concert (3 people needed)
Time: 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
• Help with parking
• Outside logistics
• Help people with directions
Cooking Demo (2 people needed)
Time: 11:30 am - 3:00 pm
• Assist Samuel McDowell with prep
• Distribute food samples
• Clean up
Healthy Kids Presentation (1 person needed)
Time: 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
• Assist Dr. Julia Joseph-DiCaprio with Healthy Kids Presentation
Ask The Doc Session (1 person needed)
Time: 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
• Assist Shannon with facilitation of the session
Health Fair Clean-Up (5 people needed)
Time: 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm
• Clean up after health fair
• Take down tables, signs, posters and other decorations
Concert Program Ushers/Greeters (10 people needed)
Time: 2:00 pm - 5:30 pm
• Get guest checked in at main entrance
• Greet guests and help get seated in sanctuary and overflow room
• Assist STIM ushers where needed
Hands Only CPR Flash Mob (4 people needed)
Time: TBD (During Concert)
• Perform Hands Only CPR compressions on mannequins in the sanctuary
Concert Venue Clean-Up (10 people needed)
Time: 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
• Break down tables, collect signs/posters
• Move chairs
• Clean the pews in the sanctuary
• Assist STIM team where needed
