Volunteer Opportunities

Health Fair Set-up (7 people)
Time: 10:30 am - 11:30 am
 Set-up tables for health fair, help vendors get set up
 Place signs, posters, banners and other decorations
 Put chairs in Sanctuary, move chairs

Security- Health Fair (4 People)
Time: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
 Help with parking
 Outside logistics
 Helping people with directions

Health Fair Clean-up (4 People)
Time: 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
 Clean up after Health Fair
 Take down tables, signs, posters and other decorations

Concert Security (5 people)
Time: 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
 Help with parking
 Outside logistics
 Helping people with directions

Ushers/Greeters (12 people)
Time: 2:00 pm - 5:30 pm
 Collect concert tickets at main entrance
 Greet guests and help get seated in sanctuary and overflow room
 Assist STIM ushers where needed
 Direct guest to specific sign-in area

Venue Clean-up (10 people)
Time: 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
 Break down tables, collect signs/posters
 Move chairs
 Clean the pews in the sanctuary
 Assist STIM team where needed
